Original indictment:
The accused slave is charged with:
* Repeated disrespect toward Baroness von Malendorf, consisting of consistently failing to use the proper form of address in email correspondence, despite strong prior warnings
* failure to perform or delayed performance of the basic duty of a state slave, consisting of liking, retweeting, and commenting on posts from Womania Empire and OWK on X (accounts @WomaniaEmpire and @OWKreal) and failing to comment on posts in the News section on the website womaniaempire.com. He committed this dereliction of duty repeatedly, despite strong warnings
* engaging in frequent communication with other Mistresses without the permission of Empress Patricia I, which is mandatory for every state slave engaging in such activities



Mitigating circumstances — the convicted person now leads a law-abiding life and fulfills all his obligations

Aggravating circumstances — the convicted person is a repeat offender and, moreover, a state slave of the Womania Empire

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a sentence:

• a one-time financial punishment of 200 USD/EUR payable to Baroness Gabrielle von Malendorf via personal Throne as compensation for emotional distress caused by repeated disrespectful behavior in email correspondence
• written punishment - the convict writes by hand 100 times:
  
  "I humbly thank the Womania Court for my punishment and I promise to behave according to the laws of the Womania Empire in the future"
• RT-Game Punishment – during the month of July, 2026, an RT-game will be posted on the @WomaniaEmpire profile on X (Twitter), and the person found guilty will be required to pay a fine and receive a caning. The amount of the fine and the number of strokes will be determined by the number of likes, retweets, and comments under the post—the exact rules will also be listed there. The punishment RT-game will last 24 hours.

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY to Baroness Gabrielle von Malendorf is payable within 10 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The FINANCIAL PENALTY from RT-game to Womania Empire will be payable within 15 days after end of this RT-game on X (twitter)
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT from RT-game must be executed until May 31, 2027 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in the OWK Castle.
• Video or photo record of his corporal and chastity punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com
• The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment directly to his Executrix

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
