Original indictment:
The defendant was sentenced by Court Verdict GvM089/25 dated November 28, 2025, among other things, to perform a written punishment—writing the following sentence 250 times:
"This creature thanks for punishment and promises to always pay Womania Empire without any delay in the future."

This written punishment was to be completed and submitted by January 30, 2026.

The defendant failed to meet this deadline without excuse, and the written punishment was not delivered by mail to the court office until July 2, 2026.

The individual lines (sentences) were not numbered!
Most of the pages containing lines were apparently merely photocopied!

The above facts prove and indicate that the defendant committed several criminal offenses.



Mitigating circumstances—none

Aggravating circumstances—the convicted person is a repeat offender and, moreover, a citizen of the Womania Empire

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a sentence:

• a financial punishment of 1 EUR payable to Womania Empire for every day of delay with sending his written punishment. The total number of days in arrears was 150, so the financial penalty is 150 EUR
• a corporal punishment of 1 cane stroke on bare ass for every day of delay, i.e. 150 cane strokes
• written punishment - the convict writes by hand 150 times:
  
  "This creature thanks for punishment and promises to always respect Verdicts of Womania Empire Court without any delay in the future."

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 10 days after the effective date of this Court Verdict
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until October 31, 2027 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in the OWK Castle.
• The WRITTEN PUNISHMENT must be send as a photos in email to womania@womaniaempire.com until September 30, 2026. Each line must be numbered (1 – 200) and if there will be only one mistake, this written punishment will be not valid.
• Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com
• The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment directly to his Executrix

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
