Original self-indictment:
I hereby indict myself for being late again with tax payment. It has been paid now, but I should have done this straight away when receiving the e-mail. Also, I have to confess that I didn't do my written punishment from my last court verdict just because I didn't like to do it. Even with my first case, I didn't fulfill the corporal punishment, which I could have done because I probably deserved an even more severe punishment. Madame Gabrielle must have been very generous with this case to spare me, and I just didn't listen. Furthermore, I have been repeatedly (almost daily) masturbating and ejaculating without permission since I became a state slave of the Womanian Empire. It feels like I have shown disrespect to the empire once again and will accept the punishment I deserve.



Aggravating circumstances:
* the convicted person is a repeat offender
* the convicted person is state slave of Womania Empire
* offense of Unauthorized masturbation was committed repeatedly over a long period of time

Mitigating circumstances:
* none

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a summary sentence:

• a one-time financial punishment of 500 USD/EUR payable to Womania Empire
• a corporal punishment of 180 strokes of the cane on bare ass and 18 strokes of the cane on his bare feet (bastinado)
  If the cane is broken during the caning, the caning will start again from the beginning (from stroke number 1
• a corporal punishment of 20 strokes of the short single tail whip on his naked body
• written punishment - the convict writes by hand 400 times:
  "I humbly thank the Womania Court for my punishment and I promise to behave according to the laws of the Womania Empire in the future"
• chastity - his penis must be locked in a chastity cage for 35 days without a break

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT (& IMPRISONMENT) must be executed until October 31, 2026 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in the OWK Castle.
• The period of Chastity must be completed between May 1 and October 31—the convict will announce the start date via email
• Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com
• The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment and imprisonment
• The convict has until April 5, 2026 the right to choose an alternative punishment - to pay until April 11, 2026 a fine in the amount of 4 USD/EUR per cane stroke and/or 6 USD/EUR per whip stroke and/or 1 USD/EUR per one written line and/or 15 USD/EUR per 1 day of chastity

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
