Original self-indictment:
I had already been convicted with the Court Verdict GvM 084/25 (Case RCR 0090) on august 25 2025 but on my own mistake I have only very lately (just now, today) transferred the financiel punishment fee that was sentenced on me in this judgement from Baroness Madame Gabrielle von Malendorf; that means I missed the given deadline of 15 days after the effective date of this judgement for more than one month; far too late! Nevertheless I hope to get a lenient judgement for this offence, but not a crime (?!). I also would like to request the autorisation that I may receive the outstanding corporal punishment from a choosen Mistress (in Cologne) who is herself until now not registered as a Court Executrix in the WE platform or (if possible) I request for a postponment so that I may be allowed to get the corporal punishment enforced at next event in the OWK area. Secondly I also missed the deadline to pay the castle Tax 2/2025 (July 6, 2025) for more than one month. I beg for mitigating circumstances



Aggravating circumstances:
* the convict is citizen of Womania Empire
* the convicted person has already been punished by the Womania Court several times (Court Verdict GvM020/18, Court Verdict GvM084/25)

Mitigating circumstances:
* the amounts owed were paid (with a long delay!)

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a summary sentence:

• a one-time financial punishment of 250 USD/EUR payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 70 strokes of the cane on bare ass and thighs
  If the cane is broken during the caning, the caning will start again from the beginning (from stroke number 1
• a corporal punishment of 60 lashes of the leather belt on bare ass
• a corporal punishment of 20 strokes of the wooden paddle on bare ass
• • written punishment - the convict writes kneeling by hand 250 times:
  "This creature thanks for punishment and promises to always pay Womania Empire without any delay in the future."

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT • must be executed until October 30, 2026 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in the OWK Castle.
  In addition to this execution, punishment will also be carried out in accordance with judgment GvM084/25 (50 strokes with leather belt & 60 with a cane)
• If corporal punishment is to be carried out in the OWK castle, the Executrix is authorized to lock the convicted person in a small dark cell in the underground prison before and/or after the beating for a period of time at Her discretion, so that the convicted person can reflect on his crimes.
• Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com
• The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment
• Photos with a WRITTEN PUNISHMENT must be sent by email to: womania@womaniaempire.com no later than January 30, 2026
• The convict has until December 12, 2025 the right to choose an alternative punishment - to pay until December 15, 2025 a fine in the amount of 4 USD/EUR per leather belt stroke and/or 5 USD/EUR per cane stroke and/or 0,70 USD/EUR per one written line

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
