Original self-indictment:
I am deeply ashamed that I never paid any tax for the Womania Empire. I paid it now, but way too late. It almost felt like I was stealing the money from the empire by not giving them what they really needed. Hereby I ask the court for forgiveness, giving me another chance to prove myself. I know my mistakes are severe and unacceptable, and I shall bear the consequences to the highest extent. My apologies to the Womania Empire for my misbehavior.



Aggravating circumstances:
* the convict is state slave of Womania Empire
* the convict has already been sentenced by Womania Court in the past (Court Verdict 053/23 from February 5, 2023 - RCR056)

Mitigating circumstances:
none

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a summary sentence:

• a one-time financial punishment of 350 USD/EUR payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 125 strokes of the cane on bare ass
• a corporal punishment of 15 lashes of the short leather whip on bare ass
  * If the cane is broken during the caning, the caning will start again from the beginning (from stroke number 1)
• • written punishment - the convict writes by hand 300 times:
  "I humbly thank the Womania Court for my punishment and I promise to behave according to the laws of the Womania Empire in the future"

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until October 30, 2026 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in the OWK Castle
• Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com
• The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment
• Photos with a WRITTEN PUNISHMENT must be sent by email to: womania@womaniaempire.com no later than December 24, 2025
• The convict has until October 20, 2025 the right to choose an alternative punishment - to pay until October 30, 2025 a fine in the amount of 4 USD/EUR per cane stroke and/or 6 USD/EUR per whip stroke and/or 0,80 USD per one written line

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
