Original self-indictment:
As a state slave, I have only paid the Womania Tax for 2025 now and have not met the payment deadline. The delay was not intentional, unfortunately I had financial problems. I am very sorry and will accept any punishment from Womania Empire Court.



Aggravating circumstances:
* the convict is state slave of Womania Empire
* extremely long delay (169 days) in payment without any communication

Mitigating circumstances:
none

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a summary sentence:

• a one-time financial punishment of 350 USD/EUR payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 8 minutes beating with standart leather belt on bare ass, back and thighs
• a corporal punishment of 88 strokes of the cane on bare ass
• a corporal punishment of 8 lashes of the short leather whip on bare ass
  * The convict will be will be tied to the punishment bench or trestle and gagged all the time throughout the belting, caning and whipping
  * The time of belting and number of strokes for caning and whipping will be counted by the Executrix or a person authorized by Her, not the convict.
  * If the cane is broken during the caning, the caning will start again from the beginning (from stroke number 1)
• penal labor - the convict must work at least 300 hours for any Lady- Citizen(s) of Womania Empire in Her premises or in OWK Castle (cleaning, gardening, car cleaning or other manual work as desired) by July 31, 2026. If the number of hours is not met, the convict will pay a fine of 25 USD / EUR for each missing hour (payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund). (Work can be performed for multiple Ladies, hours will be added up based on confirmation of work performed.)

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until May 31, 2026 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in the OWK Castle
• Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com
• The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment
• The convict has until August 6, 2025 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 30 USD/EUR for 1 minute of belting and/or 6 USD/EUR per cane stroke and/or 10 USD/EUR per whip stroke

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
