Self-Indictment:
Having been made a Womania Empire citizen, slave hereby self-incriminates for crimes committed during and before obtaining citizenship. These are: - Castle Tax late payment - Viewing women as equal rather than superior - Watching unauthorised OWK clips on the internet - Watching clips in which women are being humiliated and abused, including imprisonment and torture - Frequent masturbation before becoming Womanian and since without permission - Late self-incrimination after becoming Womanian and committing crimes slave thanks the Womania Judges for their wisdom in passing judgement.

Aggravating circumstances:
the defendant is a citizen of Womania Empire and has committed some of the offences repeatedly incl. unauthorised masturbation

Mitigating circumstances:
none

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a summary sentence:

• a financial punishment of 400 EUR payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 150 strokes of the cane on bare ass
• a corporal punishment of 24 lashes of single tail leather whip on his back
• a corporal punishment of 12 strokes of the riding crop on his pindick
• 20 faceslaps with gloved hand
• 50 minutes kneeling on a dry pea or a metal grater after corporal punishment
• The convicted person is also required to obtain a valid authorization for possible masturbation/ejaculation from Womania Empire or its Lady-Owner by 30.October 2024 at the latest

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until October 31, 2025 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in OWK Castle
• Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com.
• The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment
• The convict has until October 16, 2024 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 3 USD/EUR per stroke or faceslap instead of the corporal punishment

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
