Dear Womania Empire Court, I confess and acknowledge full guilt for the offenses listed below. I committed them of my own free will and in full awareness that they were wrong at the time. I deeply regret my actions. 1. several times I misspelled the Twitter / X name of @DOMINITY2 2. on March 19, 2024 I wrote a wrong date in a tweet about an OWK event 3. on August 8, 2023, I tweeted a picture of Her Excellency, Baroness Gabrielle von Malendorf without having obtained the Baroness's permission beforehand - but deleted it immediately after being asked to do so by the Baroness Gabrielle von Malendorf. 4. I have masturbated several times without permission from the Womania Empire while watching Lady Mephista's videos. 5. on May 5, 2024, I was asked by WOMANIA EMPIRE to fulfill my duty to retweet the OWK, WOMANIA EMPIRE and DOMINITY2 tweets. I humbly request that I be given additional time to schedule a visit with a regional executrix - in my case, I will request execution with Lady Mephista - for the execution of any corporal punishment. Aggravating circumstances:
the defendant is a citizen of Womania Empire and has committed some of the offences repeatedly (unauthorised masturbation)

Mitigating circumstances:
the defendant fulfils his tax obligations properly, has not yet been convicted and contributes regularly to the Womania Empire Castle Fund

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a summary sentence:

• a financial punishment of 300 EUR payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 101 strokes of the cane on bare ass
• a corporal punishment of 6 strokes of the riding crop on his pindick
• 12 faceslaps with gloved hand
• 45 minutes kneeling on a dry pea or a metal grater after corporal punishment
• The convicted person is also required to obtain a valid authorization for possible masturbation/ejaculation from Womania Empire or its Lady-Owner by 30.9.2024 at the latest

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until October 31, 2025 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in OWK Castle
• Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com.
• The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment
• The convict has until September 21, 2024 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 3 USD/EUR per stroke instead of the corporal punishment

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
