Self-Indictment:
I mispelled the name of her Excellency Baroness Gabrielle von Malendorf twice, when I sent emails to the OWK. The first incidence was on Saturday, 30. Sept 2003, the second was yesterday evening. In both cases, I did not think much about it and was just hoping to spell it the right way. Although it was not my intent to be unrespectful it was at least negligence. Since her Excellency is a noble Women of the OWK and Imperial Judge of the Womania Empire I repeatly comitted the crime of disrespectfulness against the Imperial Authority. Aggravatring circumstances are that I "committed the crime repeatedly" (§5b) and that "the crime was committed against the W.E. Lady-Citizen who performs a state function, NobleWoman of W.E. or against the Empress" (§5c). I have to admit, - as her Excellence answered to my sincere apologies - that I still have to learn that such terrible insults must be punished hardly. There is no excuse.

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a summary sentence:

a financial punishment of 200 USD (EUR) payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
written punishment - write the sentence 600 times by hand and legibly in one color: Her Divine Excellency, Baroness Gabrielle von Malendorf
a corporal punishment of 60 strokes of the rubber cane on bare ass
a corporal punishment of 4 strokes of the rattan cane on his fingers

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until October 31, 2025 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in OWK Castle
Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com.
The written sentence must be delivered to the Womania Court office by email (photos) no later than March 15, 2024
The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment
The convict has until March 12, 2024 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 4 USD/EUR per stroke instead of the corporal punishment

General provisions:

There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
