Self-Indictment:
Whilst under the control of a dominant women I masturbated without her explicit permission and did not confess it. Now that I am no longer under the control of a women, I frequently masturbate to videos of women imprisoned and in chains.
Since finding out about the Womania Empire I have openly questioned it and expressed my doubts over the superiority of women.

COURT VERDICT:

the convict is sentenced to:

a financial punishment of 250 USD payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
a corporal punishment of 180 strokes of the cane on bare ass
a corporal punishment of 25 strokes of the riding crop on his penis & balls

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until October 31, 2023
Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer
The sentenced person is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment & imprisonment
The convict has until December 20, 2022 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 5 USD per stroke instead of the corporal punishment

General provisions:

There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
