Indictment:
The accused creature was sentenced by Womania Court Verdict GvM034/20 for RCR0037 issued on February 5, 2020 to, inter alia, to pay a fine of USD 200 until February 20, 2020.

This financial penalty was paid on May 18, 2021 – with delay of 452 days!

Throughout the delay, the defendant never contacted the Womania Court to apologize for the delay in paying the fine or to request an extension of the time limit for its payment.

COURT VERDICT:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a financial punishment of 452 EUR payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund (i.e. 1 EUR for every day of payment delay)
• a corporal punishment of 100 strokes of the cane on bare ass
• a corporal punishment of 50 strokes with the riding crop on his penis

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until October 31, 2022
• The sentenced person is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment
• The convict has until July 31, 2021 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 5 EUR per stroke instead of the corporal punishment

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
