Self-indictment:
1° When I was about 17 I had very bad manners and I often answered back even to my Mother. Being exhausted by so many troubles my Mother asked a chatelaine, she knew, to take me as home servant with the hope to subdue me. Further a lot of disobediences and many coarse languages during several months, the Lady chatelaine finally fired me out.

2° My Mother was furious with me and wanted to lock me up in a reformatory managed by catholic monks unless I promise to restart properly my studies. Some years later I got a university degree. During the next 40 working years, I tried to appear as the respectful executive business man I never was really. With hindsight, I must admit that my Mother was right from the beginning when considering my abilities were not to be an executive but a servant. Out of pride I rebelled to my Mother and I was guilty of psychological ill treatment against her and the Lady chatelaine I was working for as well. I am also guilty if I become the slave I should have been for long, only when I am and old and retired male.

3° I lied to Women very often to try to charm them or even to break relations with them. I have also often got stories to Women to appear in an advantageous position I didn’t deserved.

4° Early when I was retired, a professional dominatrix, enslaved and trained me with my consent, to: domestic works and driver job. Further a severe punishment, I thought it was unfair, I escaped nightly. I never returned and never beg her pardon.

5° At the beginning of years 2000 I wanted to become a slave in O.W.K but I never took the step overall by cowardice and fear

Aggravating circumstances:
The defendant is a state slave of Womania Empire.
In view of these circumstances, harder punishment should be applied than in other cases with the same offense.

Court Verdict:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a financial punishment of 200 EUR payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 50 strokes of the cane on bare ass
• 2 hours locked in public pillory
• 24 hours of punitive labor in shackles, with extra whipping anytime by any present Lady

Further provisions of the verdict:

• The financial penalty is payable within 10 days after the effective date of this Judgment.
• The corporal punishment must be executed by September 30, 2019 by any Womania Empire Court Executrix and record with this punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer
• Punitive labor and pillory must be realized in the OWK Castle or in the house of any Womania Empire Court Executrix until September 30, 2019
• The convict has until November 25, 2018 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 4 EUR per stroke instead of the corporal punishment and / or a fine of 50 EUR for every hour in pillory and / or 12 EUR for every hour of punitive work.

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment
• The convict has the right to submit a request for mercy by the Empress in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
