Self-indictment:
I forgot to congratulate Her Majesty Queen Patricia I, Empress of OWK, on her birthday since I have been a state slave. At times, I enjoyed watching films of helpless women in bondage being whipped and tortured by a master. When I got angry about women bossing me around at work, I sometimes went home and stepped on prints of the OWK imperial state symbols and flag as defiance against superiority of women. Occasionally I got excited with films of Mistress Courtney dressed in leather and I even fantasized about having lewd sex with her. After being enlisted as a state slave, I committed to a 2-day slavery session with another mistress. At that time, I did not read the rules for state slaves properly so I did not realize that this was not allowed. Now I know I had broken the rules but I still enjoyed my time with the other mistress. As a state slave, I now feel ashamed that I have committed these serious crimes against women and against the Womania Empire, and cannot hide any more. I therefore feel that I have to confess to you and ask for your superior judgment as to how I should make up for my misbehaviour or whether I deserve any mercy.

Aggravating circumstances:
The convict was a state slave at the time of the crimes!

COURT VERDICT:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a financial punishment of 650 USD payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 130 full force strokes of the cane on bare ass
• a corporal punishment of 60 lashes of the leather single tail whip on his naked body
• a corporal punishment of 13 strokes of the riding crop on his penis
• 24 hours imprisonment in the small dark cell at the OWK prison, without food
• locked and exposed in public pillory at the OWK for any corporal punishment by any Lady for 2 hours

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT (caning), IMPRISONMENR and PUBLIC PILLORY EXHIBITION must be executed until May 31, 2021
• Video or photo record with this corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer
• The sentenced person is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his punishment by Womania Empire Court Executrix
• The convict has until March 31, 2020 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 7 USD per stroke instead of the corporal punishment and / or a fine of 25 USD per hour instead imprisonment and/or 100 USD per hour instead of public pillory exhibition

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
