• a financial punishment of 200 EUR payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a fine of 100 EUR directly for Madame Gabrielle von Malendorf, as a compensation for the damage suffered (to Her paypal)
• a corporal punishment of 77 strokes of the cane on bare ass
• public apology to Madame von Malendorf in the form of tweet on his twitter account, pinned on his profile site for 3 months

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY and a FINE is payable within 10 days after the effective date of this Judgment (unless otherwise agreed)
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until May 31, 2020 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire
• Video or photo record with this punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer
• The sentenced person is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his punishment directly to Court Executrix
• The convict has until Juna 6, 2019 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 8 EUR per stroke instead of the corporal punishment (judicial caning)
