OBSTRUCTING THE EXECUTION OF AN OFFICIAL DECISION

Self-indictment:
I deleted my previous Womania Empire account (+messlessMessless) after I got into a vanilla relationship which I'm now out of. - I didn't fulfill my judgement Case RCR0001 and have not received the corporal punishment before the time set. - I've set a time to receive the punishment from Mistress La Divine and had to cancel last minute to her disappointment. - Have been a bad slave of Womania Empire.

Aggravating circumstances:
The convicted person repeatedly committed the crime and, moreover, disregarded the Womania Court's previous Judgment (Court Case RCR001 – Court Verdict no.002/17 from June 16, 2017)

Criminal offenses were committed partly against Lady-Citizen of Womania Empire - Regional Court Executrix Maitresse Cathie La Divine

In view of these circumstances, harder punishment should be applied than in other Court Cases with the same crime.

Court Verdict:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a financial punishment of 555 US$ payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 111 strokes of the cane on his bare ass
• a corporal punishment of 44 strokes of single tail leather whip on his naked body

Further provisions of the verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 10 days after the effective date of this Judgment (unless otherwise agreed)
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT must be executed until September 30, 2019 by Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire, Maitresse Cathie La Divine – Canada
• Video or photo record with this punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer
• Only if Maitresse Cathie La Divine refuses to execute this punishment, the sentenced person may receive his corporal punishment by another Womania Empire Court Executrix
• The sentenced person is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his punishment directly to Court Executrix
• The convict has until December 27, 2018 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 5 USD per stroke instead of the corporal punishment

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment
• The convict has the right to submit a request for mercy by the Empress in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
