Self-indictment:
1）I did an very rude thing in Madame Gabrielle von Malendorf who is Headmistress of Womania Empire. （a）I called her Madame Gabrielle in first name like a friend. （b）I wrote in e-mail that I wanted train me by Madame Gabrielle von Malendorf. This was my delusion, but troubled for Madame Gabrielle von Malendorf. 2）About ６years ago, when I massaged legs of mistress, I watched the panties in her skirt and erected my dirty penis. So, mistress was angry. She rubbed my erect dirty penis strongly. And she commanded me "don't ejaculate" But, I could not endure it and ejaculated without permission. So, I polluted legs of mistress with dirty sperm. 3）When I wiped a mistress body after bathing, I erected dirty penis to see nude of mistress and to touch the bare hip. Mistress was angry. It became a result same as 2). I did same crime once again. 4）When I washed panties of mistress, I did masturbation and ejaculation while smelling panties. And I polluted panties with dirty sperm. . But I washed it to destroy evidence. I did same crimes 5 times again. 5）I forgot a birthday of mistress successively for two years. At first time, I remembered it on the next day and celebrated her. At second time, I cannot remember myself her birthday. It was pointed out from mistress. 6）I said dissatisfaction for the leftover food of mistress. 7） A dinner of mistress was over, I ate the leftover food of mistress without permission.

Aggravating circumstances:
The defendant is a state slave of Womania Empire.
In view of these circumstances, harder punishment should be applied than in other cases with the same offense.

Court Verdict:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a corporal punishment of 120 strokes of the cane on bare ass
• 3 hours locked in public pillory
• a written penalty of 1000 apology handwriting lines: „Madame Gabrielle von Malendorf, Marquise of Womania Empire, I apologize for my bad behavior towards You”

Further provisions of the verdict:

• The financial penalty is payable within 10 days after the effective date of this Judgment.
• The corporal punishment must be executed by December 31, 2019 by any Womania Empire Court Executrix and record with this punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer
• The convict has until August 31, 2018 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 5 US$ per stroke instead of the corporal punishment
• Written punishment must be finished within 20 days after effective date of this Judgment (convict will send photos with lines by email to womania@womaniaempire.com)

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment
• The convict has the right to submit a request for mercy by the Empress in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
