has decided in the Court Case no. RCR015 as follows:

GUILTY

of crimes of

a) VIOLENCE AGAINST A WOMAN
b) DISRESPECT AGAINST WOMAN
c) HARASSMENT

Self-indictment:
1）About 2years ago, I put a poor and dirty penis in woman's mouth. She hate it. She cried. But I did it by force. And I ejaculated it in her mouth.
2）Yesterday, I saw the inside of the skirt of the woman from under stairs. But I stared a panty without missing the eyes.

Aggravating circumstances:
The defendant is a state slave of Womania Empire and some of his crimes are in category “Serious Crimes”. In view of these circumstances, harder punishment should be applied than in other cases.

Court Verdict:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a financial punishment of 100 US$ payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 100 strokes of the cane on bare ass
• a corporal punishment of 25 strokes of the riding crop on his penis
• 25 hard faceslaps with leather gloved hand
• 2 hours in public pillory, exposed for ballbusting, whipping, caning or faceslapping to any present Lady
• 5 hours locked in kneeling position in the small box in the OWK
• 500 handwriting lines „I apologize for my bad behavior towards Women”

Further provisions of the verdict:

• The financial penalties are payable within 10 days after the effective date of this Judgment.
• The corporal punishment (caning, whipping, faceslapping, pillory, kneeling) must be executed by December 31, 2019 by any Womania Empire Court Executrix and record with this punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer
• Written punishment must be finished within 20 days after effective date of this Judgment (convict will send photos with lines by email to womania@womaniaempire.com)
• The convict has until August 13, 2018 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 5 US$ per stroke or faceslap instead of the corporal punishment
• The convict has until August 103 2018 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 50 US$ per hour instead of imprisonment in small box

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment
• The convict has the right to submit a request for mercy by the Empress in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
