GUILTY

of committing the following offenses & crimes:

1) Crime of Despondency in front of the State Authority

Verdict:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a financial punishment of 111 US$ payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 25 strokes of the cane on naked ass executed by a Court Executrix of Womania Empire

2) Crime of Insult of the Imperial Majesty

Self-indictment: Insult to Her Majesty the Empress of Womania Empire. - Since 1999 Year I have only once in 2016 Year congratulated Her Royal Majesty Patricia 1 Queen of the OWK happy birthday.

Verdict:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a financial punishment of 222 US$ payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 50 strokes of the cane on naked ass, executed by a Court Executrix of Womania Empire
• 24 hours of imprisonment in the standing cell, without food – undergroud jail in the OWK

3) Crime of Defamation of Imperial Symbols

Self-indictment: Disgrace and defamation of the Imperial Symbols. - I do not think, that they beautiful.

Verdict:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a financial punishment of 111 US$ payable to Womania Empire Castle Fund
• a corporal punishment of 25 lashes with leather whip, executed by a Court Executrix of Womania Empire
• 12 hours of imprisonment in the dark cell – undergroud jail in the OWK

NOT GUILTY

for:

Self-indictment: Masturbated at viewing ОWК of films, especially with stages of punishment in underground prison OWK.

Masturbation while watching OWK movies is not a crime.

Further provisions of the verdict:

• The financial penalties are payable within 10 days after the effective date of this judgment.
• The corporal punishments must be executed by May 31, 2018 by any Court Executrix of Womania Empire
• The fee for the execution of the corporal punishment for Court Executrix is set at 100 EUR – must be paid until September 30th, 2017
• The prison sentence must be executed during the closest stay at the OWK or Womania Empire Castle
• The cost of imprisonment is set at 300 EUR - – must be paid until September 30th, 2017
• The convict has until September 30, 2017 the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 10 US$ per stroke instead of the corporal punishments and / or 40 US$ for each hour of imprisonment

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this judgment.
• The convict has the right to submit a request for mercy by the Empress in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
