COURT VERDICT No.003/17

Madame Gabrielle, Authorized Court Lady-Officer,
has decided in the Court Case no. RCR003 as follows:

GUILTY

of committing the following offenses and crimes:

Repeated offense of Unauthorized Masturbation

(self-indictment: Lack of discipline and unauthorized masturbation: Since I have 10 kg overweight my former Mistress decided that I have to wear a cock cage and that I’m not allowed to masturbate until my weight is again less than 80 kg, but at the beginning of last year she sent me away. so now I am alone and I open the cage often more than two times weekly and wank as much as I can, often up to five times in a row all night long. )

Verdict:

the convict is sentenced to:

• a financial punishment of 111 US$ payable to Womania Empire Castle fund
  The fine was paid on the day July 24, 2017
• a corporal punishment of 10 strokes of the cane on each palm - executed by Head Court Executrix of Womania Empire – Lady Mephista. The fee for Executrix is set at EUR 50
• a punishment of handwritting lines: 100x:
  „wankworm slave aumix promises that he will never masturbate without the permission of his Lady-Owner or Womania Empire.”
  The written penalty was sent & accepted on July 27, 2017 (click for details)
• a punishment of public humiliation: 12. 10. 2017 will be exposed naked in the entry hall of the Long House in the OWK Castle - for 3 hours and will have a hanging sign on his neck:

Further provisions of the verdict:

• The financial penalties are payable within 10 days after the effective date of this judgment.
• The corporal punishments must be executed until the end of the year 2017.
• Handwritting lines he will send (photo or scan) to womania@womaniaempire.com until August 10, 2017
• The convict has the right to choose to pay a fine in the amount of 12 US$ per stroke instead of the corporal punishments and / or 50 US$ for each hour of public exposing

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this judgment.
• The convict has the right to submit a request for mercy by the Empress in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
